Learning Management as Soft Skills in Enhancing Teacher Professionalism

The purpose of this study was to determine the role learning management as a soft skill in enhancing professionalism teachers Central Maluku, Indonesia. We conducted descriptive quantitative approach. Selected participants (N=40) involved filling out closed-questionnaire (35 favorable questions). Then, we examined our hypotheses using Wald- Wolfowitz run test. found that has teacher professionalism. Particular measures indicators had greater impact than others, such self-management and preparation. However, all indicators’ proportions remain high very category.
